What we collect
When you send a collection request, BB's Scrap & Unwanted Vehicles asks for your name, mobile number, optional email, the vehicle's details, the collection address and access information, any notes, and any vehicle photos you choose to upload.
How it's used
Only to review your request, contact you about it and, if agreed, arrange the collection. Photos are used to assess the vehicle and how it can be collected. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Requests are stored in a private database and photos in private file storage. Neither is published on this website. They are accessible to the business owner.
How long it's kept
We keep request details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting collection. If you'd like your details removed sooner, get in touch.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Call 07377 425364.
